Sabina Olive Oil

We proudly operate an Olive Grove located in Central Italy, in the Sabine Hills (Poggio Nativo).

The production of olives and oil is a millennial tradition in Sabine.​

Our grove consists of 114 fruit producing olive trees, which are harvested annually in November and processed into a  range of olive oils.​​

Olive trees thrive with considerably less water than other produce, and the relatively high polyphenol levels in the fruit and leaves make olives unpalatable to most insects, thus eliminating the need for pesticide
